Tabletting

Grinding (reducing the size of the plant particles) is the first stage of our technological process that leads to manufacturing of a ready product. Grinding is carried out with the use of different shredders or mills. The grinding degree influences the biological availability of the active substances, their homogeneity, stability while being stored and physical properties of a ready product. It is absolutely important not to exceed the determined limits of the particle sizes. Since the contents of active substance in plants change, the batch is unified after it has been manufactured. Thanks to this process all the remedies retain the same therapeutic properties.

Tabletting
Tablets are the most common pharmaceutical form as they are easy to use and provide an accurate dose of the active substance. Tabletting in our production process is performed with different types of tabletting machines. The machine compresses a measured amount of the tablet mass (pellets, mixture of components) with a stamp (lower and upper) inside a matrix. The stamps are driven by pressure wheels powered by pressing forces. Tabletting process can be divided into three stages: filling matrices, compressing the tablet mass and pushing ready tablets out of the matrix.
