Indications for use:
As an aid in treatment for mild joint afflictions and urinary symptoms. Increases urine output to flush the urinary tract.
Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to nettle leaf, disorders requiring a reduction of fluid intake (e.g. severe hear failure or kidney disease).
Precautions for use:
Use in children under 12 years has not been determined due to lack of relevant data. If joint pain is accompanied by joint edema, redness or fever, or if mild urinary symptoms worsen fever, painful urination, cramps or bloody urine occu, and also if symptoms do not improve, consult a doctor.

Posology and method of administration:
1-2 sachets, pour a glass of boiling water (200 ml) and brew while covered for 10 minutes. Adults, elderly patients and adolescents over 12 years: 1 glass of warm, fresh infusion 3-6 times a day. Maximum daily dose: 6 sachets.
In joint issues, do not use for longer than 4 weeks; in mild urinary symptoms, do not use for longer than 2-4 weeks.
