Posology and method of administration:
Oral: Adults – 2 sachets, pour approx. 200 ml of boiling water and brew for 5 minutes, drink 3 times a day.
Children over 3 years: 1-2 sachets, pour approx. 200 ml of boiling water and brew for 5 minutes, drink 3 times a day.
External: Adults and children – 1 sachet, pour a glass of boiling water, brew for 5 minutes, use for poultices and washes.

Do not use double doses to supplement omitted doses.
